Tension, when the armband is stretched around the bicep, grips device to hold it firmly in the uncovered pocket. You must keep the armband tightened around the arm with the pocket flap open to maintain the necessary tension. When taking the armband off or putting it on, don’t do it with your phone inside unless the cover is closed.
